RICS, a global professional body with over 140,000 members, is seeking a Candidate & Early Years Engagement Specialist in Dubai. This role focuses on guiding students, trainees, and early-career professionals in their journey to RICS membership through workshops, one-to-one support, mentoring, and digital engagement. The position is ideal for someone passionate about supporting professional development, building relationships, and fostering positive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver workshops, webinars, and mentoring sessions for candidates.

• Provide guidance on qualification routes, learning resources, and career development opportunities.

• Collaborate with mentors, members, firms, and networks to strengthen support.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure accurate records.

• Support corporate clients with tailored engagement initiatives.

• Contribute to CPD, retention, and readmission campaigns.

• Uphold confidentiality, data protection standards, and accurate reporting.

• Occasionally support events outside of standard working hours.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

• Experience in training, coaching, education, customer engagement, or membership organisations.

• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a dynamic environment.

• Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital engagement platforms.

• Flexible, adaptable, and respectful of data privacy.

• Legally eligible to work in the UAE.
