Elite Scientific in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Camp Coordinator (Camp Boss) with an HACCP certificate and experience in the oil and gas industry. The role involves overseeing day-to-day camp operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with HACCP standards, and fostering effective communication between team members and camp attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the camp, ensuring smooth functioning.

• Supervise staff and ensure that all tasks are performed according to company and safety standards.

• Ensure compliance with HACCP standards in all areas of camp operations.

• Coordinate and communicate with team members and camp attendees to maintain a productive work environment.

• Maintain camp hygiene and ensure the well-being of all staff members.

• Implement safety procedures and provide leadership in emergencies.

• Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling and reporting.

Qualifications:

• HACCP certificate is mandatory.

• 5-7 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably with previous camp management experience.

• Strong communication and supervisory skills.

• Educational background in a relevant field.

• First Aid and CPR certification.

• Organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 6000 AED/month
