TASC Outsourcing is looking for a Fresh Graduate Collection Agent with a background in Finance or Accounting to join its team in Dubai. This 6-month extendable contract role involves handling collection calls, negotiating payments, and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Make outbound and inbound calls to follow up on overdue payments.
✔ Negotiate payment terms and arrange structured repayment plans.
✔ Update account records and document call details with accuracy.
✔ Address customer queries professionally and escalate complex cases.
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and prepare collection reports.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✅ Fresh graduate with a degree in Finance or Accounting from a UAE university.
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
✅ Basic knowledge of financial principles is a plus.
