Job Overview:
Mai Dubai is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join the Happiness Centre team. In this customer-facing role, you will act as the main point of contact for customers—ensuring that every interaction is positive, empathetic, and efficient. Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, chat, and in-person.

Provide detailed and accurate information about Mai Dubai’s products and services.

Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Support sales through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Maintain accurate customer records and assist in performance reporting.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Previous experience in customer service (FMCG industry experience is a plus)
