First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), the leading bank in the Middle East, is seeking a Call Center Executive (Emiratized role) to provide excellent customer service and end-to-end banking solutions. This full-time, on-site role focuses on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, upselling products, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Attend to incoming calls and provide product and service information.

Handle and resolve customer complaints within defined authority limits; escalate when necessary.

Recommend products or services by analyzing customer needs.

Ensure inbound/outbound call quality and achieve service standards and customer satisfaction scores.

Generate new prospects and upsell FAB products.
-
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure confidentiality.

Comply with the Bank’s policies, standards, and local regulations.

Perform tasks assigned by team leaders and managers.

Demonstrate flexibility with shifts and schedules to meet service levels.

Adhere to policies, procedures, and punctuality requirements.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

0–2 years relevant experience in the banking sector.

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
-
Strong customer service, product knowledge, problem-solving, documentation, and phone skills.
-
Valid UAE family book (mandatory).
