Tafaseel Group Holding is hiring an experienced Call Center Agent with Freezone expertise to join its team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries, and providing accurate information regarding Freezone services and regulations. This role requires strong communication skills, customer service experience, and familiarity with UAE Freezone procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Provide accurate and timely information regarding Freezone services, licensing, and processes.

• Address inquiries, complaints, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.

• Meet performance targets for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on Freezone policies and procedures to ensure correct client communication.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a UAE Freezone environment (customer service, licensing, or administration).

• Minimum 3 years in customer service or call center roles.

• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of UAE Freezone regulations, licensing, or visa processes.

• Multilingual skills are a plus.
