Job Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with up to one year of experience in a call center or customer service environment. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve inquiries, and provide excellent customer support across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and professionally.

Understand and identify customer needs to provide accurate information and solutions.

Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure resolution within agreed timelines.

Document call details and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Handle customer complaints, raise tickets, and escalate issues when necessary.

Respond to customer emails, web chats, and social media messages using predefined scripts.

Maintain high-quality communication and service standards in every interaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred) or equivalent qualification.

0–1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment. Fresh graduates welcome.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools such as Oracle, Yardi, or similar is a plus.
