Job Title: Calibration Technician

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Calibration Technician with hands-on experience in testing and measuring equipment calibration. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and a keen eye for detail. This role requires relocation flexibility as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Calibration & Testing

• Perform calibration of instruments as per listed instructions and procedures.
• Conduct detailed calibration at client sites or production facilities, ensuring compliance with inspection procedures and client requirements.

✅ Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare work sheets and certificates for all calibrated instruments.
• Maintain calibration reports, documenting results, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
• Identify and report non-conformances and deviations from specifications to the Team Leader.

✅ Research & Development

• Assist the QA/QC team in researching and developing new calibration techniques and procedures.
• Support the Management Representative (MR) in formulating and introducing advanced calibration methods.

✅ Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to enhancing the calibration capabilities of the lab.
• Work closely with the technical team to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Education & Experience

• Diploma/ITI in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in calibration and testing.

✔ Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of testing and measuring equipment calibration.
• Familiarity with calibration procedures and industry standards.

✔ Communication & Teamwork

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

✔ Flexibility & Adaptability

• Willingness to relocate based on company requirements.
• Ability to commute or relocate within UAE/Kuwait.

✔ Language Skills

• Fluent in English (Required).
