Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CAD ID Fit-Out Draftsman for high-end interior design and joinery projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing detailed shop drawings, cut lists, and coordinating with MEP and site teams. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Middle East fit-out or furniture sector is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed interior fit-out shop drawings, cut lists, and as-built drawings.

• Prepare drawings for wall setting outs, ceilings, flooring, joinery, glass, metal, and stone work.

• Coordinate design details with MEP, HVAC, and structural drawings.

• Modify and update drawings based on site conditions and client revisions.

• Follow BOQ and tender specifications for technical drawing production.

• Organize drawing files and maintain revision logs.

• Assist with BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and project documentation.

• Liaise with production and site installation teams to ensure accurate execution.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology or equivalent.

• Experience: 2–8 years in interior fit-out; minimum 3 years in Middle East fit-out/furniture projects is mandatory.

• Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and interior detailing.

  • Knowledge of joinery and furniture detailing is essential.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
