Microavia, located in Dubai Silicon Oasis, is a leading innovator in drone technologies. We are hiring a Cable Assembler to support the manufacturing of cable assemblies, perform soldering work, assist in product testing, and contribute to mechanical assembly. This role demands precision, hands-on experience, and a strong commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, strip, and crimp wires and cables into connectors.

• Apply adhesives, sealants, heat-shrink tubing, and cable braids.

• Perform soldering of wires into connectors.

• Conduct quality control and functional testing on cable assemblies.

• Assist with mechanical assembly tasks related to cable production.

Preferred Experience (a plus):

• PCB assembly and soldering.

• PCB testing and inspection.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or higher.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in cable production or electrical installation.

• Proficiency in PCB soldering and electronic device testing.

• Familiarity with industry standards like IPC-A-610F and IPC/WHMA-A-620.

• Ability to read electrical schematics and assembly diagrams.

• Skilled in cable production tools and quality control equipment.

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Work Conditions:

• Location: Silicon Oasis, Dubai

• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
