flydubai is seeking Cabin Crew to serve as brand ambassadors and deliver exceptional inflight experiences. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for passionate, safety-conscious individuals who thrive in a multicultural team and are committed to providing outstanding customer service. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dubai and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.
• Respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Represent flydubai with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Participate in safety briefings, training, and compliance activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 21 years old and 158 cm in height.
• Well-groomed appearance with no visible tattoos in uniform.
• Valid passport and ability to pass an aero medical exam.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Confident in water with flotation aid.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience (aviation, hospitality, or retail preferred).
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and work flexible shifts.

Training Bond:

• USD 2,650 / AED 9,700 for the first year.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 8,275/month (basic + housing + transport).
• Variable flying pay: Avg. AED 4,500/month (based on 90 flying hours).
