Air Arabia, the Middle East and North Africa’s first and largest low-cost carrier, is conducting a Cabin Crew Recruitment Drive in Colombo, Sri Lanka in June 2025. The role involves ensuring passenger safety, delivering excellent customer service, and representing Air Arabia’s brand professionally during flights. Cabin Crew members will manage pre-flight checks, safety demonstrations, on-board sales, and post-flight reports while maintaining high standards of grooming, punctuality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend pre-flight briefings to review flight details, safety checks, and role assignments.

• Conduct passenger safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

• Assist passengers during boarding, flight, and disembarkation, ensuring comfort and safety.

• Identify safety/security risks and coordinate with Cabin Supervisor to resolve them.

• Administer first aid when necessary.

• Promote and sell onboard meals, products, and charity programs to meet sales targets.

• Handle cash/credit card transactions securely.

• Perform pre-flight equipment checks and report any deficiencies.

• Ensure the cabin is cleaned and adequately stocked during transit stops.

• Complete post-flight reports and evaluations.

• Maintain professional knowledge through training and workshops.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Age: 20–33 years

• Height: Minimum 160 cm (Female) / 170 cm (Male)

• Weight proportionate to height and age

• No visible marks/tattoos while in uniform

• Medically and physically fit; ability to swim with flotation aid

• Minimum High School/Diploma qualification (Diploma in Travel/Tourism preferred)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English (written & spoken)

• Fresh graduates welcome; previous cabin crew/customer service experience is an advantage

• Flexibility to work shifts, extended hours, and adapt to schedule changes
