Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers during flights in accordance with aviation regulations.

• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient inflight service to a diverse customer base.

• Uphold flydubai’s grooming and professional standards.

• Effectively handle emergency situations with calmness and professionalism.

• Promote a positive image of flydubai and the city of Dubai on all international routes.

• Participate in safety and customer service training as required.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum age: 21 years

• Minimum height: 158 cm

• No visible tattoos while in uniform

• Well-groomed appearance adhering to flydubai’s grooming standards

• Valid passport

• Ability to pass an aero-medical fitness examination

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus

• Confident swimmer (with flotation aid)

• Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts

• Energetic, enthusiastic, safety-conscious, and adaptable to a multicultural work environment

• Must be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (aviation, hospitality, or retail preferred)

• Previous international aviation experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Base Salary + Allowances: Approx. USD 2,252

• Variable Flying Pay: Avg. USD 1,200 (based on ~90 flying hours)
