Air Arabia is hosting a Cabin Crew Recruitment Drive in Minsk, Belarus, offering a dynamic opportunity for individuals passionate about aviation and customer service. As a Cabin Crew member, you’ll serve as the airline’s ambassador, ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort, and hospitality for passengers throughout their journey. This full-time role is based in Sharjah, UAE, and is open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited via email with venue details 2–3 days before the assessment. This role provides a clear growth path in the aviation industry with the support of a leading airline in the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Flight & In-Flight Operations:

• Attend flight briefing and ensure grooming, punctuality, and readiness for flights

• Perform safety checks and assist passengers with boarding and seat arrangements

• Demonstrate and enforce safety procedures

Passenger Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle special requests or concerns

• Administer first aid and report irregularities or malfunctions to relevant crew members

• Contribute to on-board revenue through meal, product, and charity promotions

Flight Documentation & Handover:

• Manage pre-flight and post-flight reports including inventory, cabin handover, and passenger conduct reports

• Ensure proper handling of sales, cash, and duty-free transactions

• Participate in post-flight briefings and provide objective crew evaluations

Requirements:

Age & Physical Standards:

• Age: 20–33 years

• Height: Minimum 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male)

• Clear skin with no visible tattoos or marks in uniform

• Fit to fly and capable of swimming with flotation aid

Education & Language:

• Minimum: High School Certificate; Diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Experience:

• Fresh graduates welcome

• Prior experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage

• Cabin crew license is a bonus

• Ability to work flexible shifts and extended hours
