The role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring passenger safety and comfort, and representing Air Arabia as a professional ambassador. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Air Arabia’s ambassador to promote a positive corporate image.

• Ensure timely attendance, proper grooming, and fitness for assigned flights.

• Attend briefings for flight details, safety, and boarding procedures.

• Instruct passengers on safety measures and administer first aid when necessary.

• Assist passengers during boarding and in-flight services.

• Promote on-board products, meals, and charity programs to maximize revenue.

• Carry out pre-flight checks for supplies, emergency equipment, and catering.

• Ensure cabin cleanliness, orderly handover/takeover, and post-flight reporting.

• Contribute to team efforts by achieving sales targets and maintaining professional standards.

• Attend recurrent training and emergency procedure workshops.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Age: 20–33 years; Minimum height: 160 cm (female), 170 cm (male); proportional weight.

• Clear skin with no visible tattoos while in uniform.

• Medically and physically fit, with swimming ability using a flotation device.

• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.

• Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is valuable.

• Fluent in written and spoken English; Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Previous customer service or aviation experience is advantageous.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
