Air Arabia, the first and largest low-cost carrier in the Middle East and North Africa, is conducting a Cabin Crew Recruitment Drive in Cyprus. The airline is inviting enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join their team and become the face of their in-flight service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Pre-Flight & Safety Duties:
-
Attend flight briefings to receive role assignments and security checks.
-
Ensure timely attendance, grooming, and personal readiness for flights.
-
Perform safety demonstrations and instructions for passengers.
-
Identify potential safety risks and coordinate with the Cabin Supervisor.
-
Administer first aid when required and report in-flight issues promptly.
✅ Customer Service:
-
Welcome and assist passengers with boarding procedures.
-
Provide excellent service, address requests, and ensure passenger comfort.

Assist stressed or distressed passengers with empathy and professionalism.
-
Promote and sell onboard products, meals, and the “Charity Cloud” program.

Securely manage payments and onboard sales reporting.
✅ Flight Operations & Reports:

Conduct pre-flight checks on equipment, catering, and supplies.

Ensure cleanliness and stock levels at transit stations.
-
Participate in post-flight briefings and complete relevant reports.
-
Support handover procedures with ground and cabin services staff.
-
Step into Cabin Supervisor role when designated by the Captain.

Attend regular training for safety, emergency procedures, and service excellence.

Maintain active knowledge of company policies and performance targets.
Candidate Requirements:
🟢 Age: 20 to 33 years
🟢 Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female) / 170 cm (Male)
🟢 Physical Appearance: Clear skin, no visible tattoos while in uniform
🟢 Fitness: Medically and physically fit; must be able to swim with flotation aid
🟢 Education: Higher Secondary Certificate required; Diploma in Travel/Tourism preferred
🟢 Language: Fluent in spoken and written English
🟢 Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

First Aid, safety, or emergency procedure training

Prior experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service roles

Active Cabin Crew license is a plus

Strong adaptability to shifts and extended working hours
