Logifuture is looking for a C# Tech Lead to mentor and guide a team of developers in designing and maintaining high-quality C# software applications. This role involves technical leadership, architecture design, and implementing best coding practices. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in .NET technologies, distributed systems, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of C# developers to ensure high performance and best practices.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality C# applications.

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.

• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks.

• Monitor and optimize application performance.

• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in C# software development.

• Strong leadership and team mentoring skills.

• Expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET.

• Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, and distributed cache systems.

• Database proficiency in SQL.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Front-end experience (React/Angular) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
