Job Purpose

As a Buyer, you will execute procurement strategies for goods and services, ensuring timely delivery of quality, cost-effective materials while adhering to TechnipFMC’s global standards.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management

• Review requisitions and issue Purchase Orders in compliance with internal processes

• Ensure accurate and timely communication with stakeholders

• Monitor open Purchase Orders to completion

• Address supplier payment issues in coordination with Finance

• Drive cost savings via negotiation and supplier agreements

Supplier Management

• Establish/manage supplier contracts with Category Managers

• Conduct market studies to identify cost or lead-time reductions

• Drive Supplier Quality and On-Time Delivery (OTD) improvements

• Support supplier qualification with QHSES team

Process & Compliance

• Apply global procurement standards and MRO service knowledge

• Follow QHSE procedures and support continuous improvement

• Recommend value-adding procurement alternatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering

• Minimum 3 years’ procurement experience in the Middle East oil & gas sector

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
