We are seeking an experienced Business Technology Analyst (OBDX Specialist) to join our client’s corporate banking team in Dubai. The successful candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in OBDX, bridging the gap between business needs, product teams, and technology vendors.

This role requires a strong background in corporate digital banking platforms, end-to-end OBDX product implementation, and hands-on expertise in managing deployments, performance tuning, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for OBDX, collaborating with GTB Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technology teams.

• Understand business requirements and translate them into vendor-specific technical documents.

• Manage, validate, and support vendor build activities.

• Actively engage across product teams, anticipate risks, and ensure quality deliverables.

• Perform deployments, track impacts, and coordinate vendor issue resolution.

• Analyze system issues, contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and prioritize fixes.

• Support SIT, regression, performance testing, and integrations.

• Assess impact of change requests and facilitate production deployments.

• Track OBDX system performance and recommend optimization measures.

• Ensure compliance with technology architecture, hardware sizing, audit standards, and approvals.

• Deliver product training to business and operations users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Postgraduate qualification.

• 10+ years’ experience in OBDX, with proven corporate banking implementations.

• Strong subject matter expertise in OBDX product design and deployment.

• Hands-on experience in digital channel banking platforms.

• Proven track record in large-scale transformation projects (process optimization & digitalization).

• Cross-border team collaboration experience.

• Knowledge of banking processes and domain expertise.

• Strong skills in Business Process Management, documentation, and system analysis.

• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• Experience in APIs deployment/exposure using API Connect.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
