Marcura, a global leader in digital transformation for the maritime industry, is seeking a Business Systems & Data Governance Manager to lead its digital transformation, data governance, and business system optimization. This role focuses on integrating, automating, and securing business data while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Short-Term (12-18 months):

• Audit current systems, data sets, and workflows to assess inefficiencies.

• Design the future data architecture and propose necessary tools.

• Define short- and long-term data governance frameworks.

🚀 Long-Term:

• Lead the transformation of legacy business data into secure, accessible sources.

• Develop and enforce data governance policies ensuring accuracy and integrity.

• Oversee organization-wide adoption of new systems and digital tools.

• Implement continuous improvement strategies for system efficiency.

🔹 Business Systems & Digital Transformation:

• Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.

• Drive the adoption of digital tools for enhanced data analytics.

• Ensure seamless technology integration across departments.

🔹 Data Governance & Analytics:

• Develop centralized data architecture to support business intelligence.

• Oversee regulatory compliance and security in data management.

• Implement data analytics frameworks to enhance business insights.

🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management:

• Work with finance, operations, IT, and compliance teams to align tech solutions with business goals.

• Lead change management initiatives for smooth system transitions.

• Conduct training sessions to enhance digital literacy.

Who You Are:

✔ 7+ years of experience in business systems management, data governance, or digital transformation.
✔ Expertise in process automation, system integration, and cloud-based solutions.
✔ Strong knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI tools) and analytics platforms.
✔ Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, AWS, AI, and machine learning applications.
✔ Experience in deploying AI-driven business transformation strategies.
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or Business Administration.
✔ Certification in PMP, TOGAF, AWS, or data governance frameworks is a plus.
