Job Title: Business Setup Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Business Setup Consultant to join our growing team in the UAE. If you have in-depth expertise in company formation across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions, and a passion for helping businesses launch and thrive in the UAE, this opportunity is for you.

As a Business Setup Consultant, you’ll guide entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and international investors through every step of the company formation process — offering strategic advice, handling legal procedures, and ensuring compliance with all UAE regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand clients’ business models and recommend the ideal legal structure and jurisdiction (Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore).

• Manage the full cycle of company formation — including license applications, registration, and legal formalities — with DED, Free Zones, MOE, and other authorities.

• Advise clients on visa services, PRO support, and post-setup compliance obligations.

• Collaborate with PROs, legal departments, and government bodies to expedite document clearances and approvals.

• Draft and review essential legal documents such as MOAs, service agreements, and shareholder resolutions.

• Stay informed on regulatory changes in UAE laws and free zone policies to provide accurate guidance.

• Offer continuous support post-business setup and maintain lasting client relationships to foster retention and referrals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE business setup or corporate services

• Solid understanding of Mainland and Free Zone regulatory environments

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and client management tools

• Results-oriented and capable of managing multiple client accounts independently
