Harris N Charms for Documents Clearing LLC, based in Port Saeed, Dubai, is seeking a highly motivated Business Setup Consultant to join our team. If you have 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, particularly in business setup and company formation, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in setting up businesses in Dubai Mainland and UAE Free Zones (SPC, SHAMS, RAKEZ, MEYDAN, IFZA, DMCC, DIFC, etc.).

Handle the processing of mainland and free zone visas, golden visas, and license renewals.

Guide clients through the end-to-end company formation process, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and manage business proposals and documentation.

Liaise with government authorities, free zones, and regulatory bodies to secure permits, visas, and approvals.

Maintain excellent client relationships and provide consultation on the best business structures in the UAE.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
1-2 years of experience as a Business Setup Consultant or Advisor in Dubai.

Strong knowledge of UAE business setup procedures, free zones, and mainland regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in business setup software, Free Zone portal systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree (Required).
-
English fluency (Required).

UAE Driving License (Preferred).
Salary & Benefits:

Pay: AED 3,500 – 5,500 per month.
