Position: Sales Representative – Business Setup Advisor (Real Estate, Insurance & Banking)

Education: Intermediate to Bachelor’s Degree (Education, Business Administration)
Nationality: Any Arab National

Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 + Commission
Visa: Candidate must have own valid UAE visa
Languages: Fluent Arabic and English (both verbal and written)

📌 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients in business setup, real estate, insurance, and banking sectors.

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of company products and services related to business setup, real estate transactions, insurance, and banking.

• Provide consultative selling by understanding clients’ needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, submitting regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.

✅ Candidate Profile:

• Proven sales experience (minimum 1 year) in business setup, real estate, insurance, or banking.

• Fluent communication skills in Arabic and English (verbal and written).

• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.

• Knowledge of business setup processes, real estate, insurance, and banking sectors.

• Customer-focused, adaptable, and results-oriented.

• Holds own valid UAE visa.
