Abbott, a global healthcare leader, is seeking a Business Relationship Manager (ICT) for a 1-year fixed-term contract in Dubai, UAE. Abbott specializes in pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, nutrition, and medical devices, providing innovative healthcare solutions worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between IT and business teams, ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives.

• Provide direct support to assigned business areas, identifying IT solutions to address business challenges.

• Lead department-level initiatives and support larger projects in business relationship management, business strategy, and demand management.

• Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.

• Develop and document business cases and requirements for IT-related business problems.

• Collaborate with corporate service providers to explore technology alternatives and existing applications.

• Conduct training sessions and manage initiatives within budget and timeline constraints.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance business operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 4-7 years of experience in IT business analysis.

• Proficiency in English and strong computer literacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in a multinational organization.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive information securely.
