NMT GROUP is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Business Process (CargoWise) & Associate Finance Executive to streamline financial operations and optimize internal processes within our fast-growing logistics operations in Dubai. This dual-role position focuses on managing financial transactions, enhancing ERP system efficiency (CargoWise), and aligning business and financial goals for optimal performance.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

💼 Financial Operations & Revenue Management:

• Support sales teams by offering financial insights to help drive revenue growth and margin improvements.

• Manage client accounts, assist with collections, payment term follow-ups, and maintain customer communications.

• Record checks, bank transfers, and ensure accurate financial entries and documentation.

• Handle vendor/carrier invoice entries, invoice matching, reconciliations, and approvals in CargoWise.

• Monitor and report employee reimbursements and operational expenditures.

📊 CargoWise System Management & Process Improvement:

• Provide system expertise on CargoWise, including conducting onboarding sessions, internal training, and user support.

• Prepare detailed process documentation and training presentations.

• Troubleshoot system issues and lead process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency.

• Support automation of repetitive financial workflows.

🧾 Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.

• Assist in monthly closings, prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

• Liaise across departments to ensure alignment between financial reporting and operational goals.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in finance and ERP system operations, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

• Expertise in CargoWise is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial controls.

• Familiarity with UAE taxation regulations (VAT, corporate tax).

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive mindset with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
