Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join a multinational leader in defense, smart city solutions, and cybersecurity services. Based in Abu Dhabi, the successful candidate will play a key role in transforming complex traffic and operational data into strategic insights using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into data-driven insights

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support traffic analytics initiatives

• Optimize report performance and ensure data integrity for enhanced decision-making

• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable opportunities through traffic and operational data

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Open to Asian nationals aged between 25–40 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling

• Proven experience working with traffic or operations-related datasets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

• Competitive salary of AED 10,000 to 16,000 per month (all-inclusive, based on qualifications and experience)
