Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Excellence Manager to lead access programs in the region, ensuring smooth collaboration between hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, and patients. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and strategic problem-solving skills. The position is a mix of fieldwork and office-based administration, with a focus on patient access, stakeholder engagement, and program efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Program & Stakeholder Management

Oversee and manage access programs, ensuring seamless coordination between hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and patients.

Maintain consistent and positive communication with healthcare providers, patients, and relevant stakeholders.

Ensure Axios’ scope of work and objectives are clearly communicated and well understood.

Liaise with regional and HQ teams, providing regular updates on program progress.
📊 Operational Excellence & Compliance
-
Ensure eligible patients are enrolled on time, following strict workflow and timelines.
-
Review patients’ financial eligibility, approve classifications, and conduct home visits when necessary.
-
Ensure quick and efficient drug delivery for enrolled patients.
-
Monitor, track, and update patient files in real-time, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and on-demand reports for both internal and client review.

Adhere to pharmacovigilance and regulatory training, ensuring proper collection and reporting of safety data.
⚡ Leadership & Communication

Supervise regional teams and ensure smooth operations.
-
Work closely with Axios project leaders, regional/global staff, and healthcare stakeholders.

Manage logistics, data monitoring, and reporting, ensuring continuous improvement of patient programs.
Requirements:
✔ 2-5 years of experience in nursing, healthcare, patient support, or program management.
✔ Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
✔ Strong data monitoring, program coordination, and logistics experience is a plus.
✔ Proven ability to handle stakeholder engagement and service management.
✔ Passion for philanthropy, healthcare access, and patient support initiatives.
✔ Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
