Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the recruitment industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients.
• Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to foster business growth.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
• Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance and market trends.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
