Ideolux, a pioneering leader in LED lighting solutions with Italian roots and a growing presence in the UAE, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join its team in Dubai. Specializing in high-quality, project-grade lighting products, Ideolux combines cutting-edge technology with elegant European design to serve the Middle East market with excellence in service, innovation, and customer support.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building lasting client relationships. This is a full-time, onsite role suited for a highly motivated individual with strong communication and analytical skills, as well as a passion for sales and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and identify new prospects and trends.

• Generate outbound leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.

• Schedule and conduct product presentations and client meetings.

• Track all client interactions, feedback, and progress using CRM tools.

• Prepare detailed sales reports and assist in performance tracking.

• Provide insights to help shape strategic decisions in business development.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in the lighting industry (required).

• Proven skills in lead generation and client relationship management.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Dialux and AutoCAD is a plus.

• Valid UAE driving license and current UAE residency is mandatory.
