Business Development Specialist


Kinetic Business Solutions is hiring a Business Development Specialist for a well-established chemical distributor in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience in the food industry, a solid network in the pharmaceutical market across the UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, selling the company’s portfolio to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance business engagement.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve assigned targets.
- Prepare sales and development reports to track performance.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Liaise with suppliers on technical and purchasing matters.
- Conduct monthly visits to clients.
- Provide technical support, resolving inquiries and ensuring excellent customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in the chemical industry.
- B2B experience with chemicals used in the food industry.
- Strong network in the pharmaceutical market within the UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.
- Valid UAE Driver’s License.
- Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and selling skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
