Novisto, a leading SaaS sustainability management platform, is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their remote sales team in the UAE. The BDR will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and executing outbound sales strategies. This is a quota-carrying role with a tiered commission structure and reports to the Head of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound sales strategies via email, calls, and social media to generate new business leads.

• Facilitate and conduct discovery meetings with potential customers.

• Set up qualified introductory meetings for the sales team.

• Understand customer challenges and articulate Novisto’s value proposition effectively.

• Nurture early-stage leads to build a future sales pipeline.

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing (preferred).

• Experience in outbound sales or a strong customer service background.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and focused on developing new markets.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with active listening abilities.

• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).

• Experience with CRM tools is an asset.

• Prior enterprise software sales experience is a strong advantage.
