RSV Global LLC FZ is building a dynamic new platform to connect leasing-ready properties from homeowners and property agencies with rental companies across Dubai. The company aims to streamline the rental process by creating a scalable, two-sided marketplace that delivers consistent value to both property providers and rental operators.

We are hiring a Business Development Partner to drive growth and forge impactful relationships across both sides of the platform. This remote, full-time role is ideal for someone well-networked, proactive, and eager to contribute at the early stages of a high-potential startup. The successful candidate will be central to sourcing supply, managing partnerships, and shaping our expansion strategy in Dubai’s fast-evolving real estate and rentals sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and onboard leasing-ready residential and commercial properties.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of renting companies looking for quality spaces.

• Present and pitch the platform value proposition effectively to stakeholders.

• Close deals and negotiate terms with property owners, agencies, and renters.

• Ensure supply-demand balance across the marketplace.

• Develop long-term relationships and collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and market expansion.

Skills & Requirements:

• Location: Must be based in Dubai with a strong network in real estate and rental industries.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, real estate, or strategic partnerships.

• Proven ability to close deals and establish strategic relationships.

• Self-driven with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in sales within tech startups is a major advantage.

• Languages: Arabic proficiency is a strong plus and highly preferred.

Compensation & Perks:

• AED 4,000–6,000/month base salary
