• Fionics, a top crypto-native High-Frequency Trading (HFT) firm, is looking for a Business Development professional to drive growth in their newly launched Crypto OTC desk in Dubai. The role involves building relationships with Crypto Foundations, cultivating partnerships with high-value clients, and collaborating with internal teams for smooth execution of transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead business development for the Crypto OTC desk, focusing on crypto OTC trading.

• Utilize existing relationships with Crypto Foundations and treasury teams to onboard key counterparties.

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with high-value clients.

• Work with trading and operations teams to ensure the smooth execution of large-scale transactions.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in business development within crypto OTC markets.

• Established network of relationships with Crypto Foundations.

• In-depth understanding of crypto trading, market dynamics, and OTC processes.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
