Marsh Middle East and Africa, a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join its Risk Management team in the UAE. This senior sales role focuses on identifying, nurturing, and securing new business opportunities with large corporate clients across the UAE. Reporting to the UAE Sales Leader, the selected candidate will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives, collaborate with internal teams, and exceed growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage an extensive network within large UAE organizations to drive new sales.

• Understand client needs and present tailored risk management and insurance solutions.

• Monitor market trends and industry developments to define effective sales strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams (including Mercer, Oliver Wyman, and Guy Carpenter) to enhance client service.

• Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• 5-7 years of direct sales experience, preferably in insurance or risk management.

• Proven track record of prospecting, nurturing, and closing new business with large corporate clients in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of the UAE insurance and risk management market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Business acumen with the ability to understand complex client needs.

• Willingness to travel within the UAE as required.
