Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and driven Business Development Manager to expand and strengthen our real estate portfolio in Dubai. This role focuses on identifying and securing new investment opportunities through acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic leasing, supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and secure new real estate opportunities to drive portfolio growth.

• Conduct comprehensive market research, financial modeling, and feasibility studies to support data-driven investment decisions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, brokers, investors, and regulatory authorities.

• Prepare and present detailed reports, business cases, and recommendations to senior management.

• Ensure all initiatives align with the company’s vision for sustainable and strategic expansion in the Dubai market.

Requirements:

• Male Arabic nationals, aged 45 years old and below.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing complex real estate development projects or business development in the UAE.

• Deep knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, investment landscape, and stakeholder engagement.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
