Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in sales and client engagement within the cybersecurity industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence in the B2C market by identifying potential clients, promoting cybersecurity solutions, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Strategy

Identify and target potential B2C clients for cybersecurity solutions, including Endpoint Security, Application Security, Network Security, Identity & Access Management, and Managed Services.

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market reach and enhance brand awareness.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, emerging threats, and competitor strategies.
Client Engagement & Sales

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their cybersecurity needs.

Present, demonstrate, and recommend tailored cybersecurity solutions to potential clients.

Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling cybersecurity products and services.

Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaboration & Campaign Execution

Work closely with marketing and technical teams to develop sales campaigns and customized cybersecurity solutions.

Participate in webinars, trade shows, and industry events to promote offerings.

Gather and provide valuable customer feedback to improve company products and services.
Customer Education & Retention

Educate customers on the importance of cybersecurity risks and solutions to ensure awareness and informed decision-making.

Deliver excellent post-sales support to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Analysis

Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and KPI analysis.

Continuously evaluate strategies and adjust them to meet business goals.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within cybersecurity, IT, or technology solutions.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and services for B2C markets.

Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-savvy with a passion for cybersecurity trends and emerging technologies.
Preferred Candidate:
