We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to join our Interiors & Fit-Out company in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing commercial projects such as offices, retail spaces, banks, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up on business opportunities, schedule meetings, and deliver impactful presentations.
• Prequalify and register the company with leading real estate agencies, developers, and leasing agents.
• Drive sales growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Manage client expectations, ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor project progress and secure payments.
• Follow up on receivables related to own project sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE’s Interiors & Fit-Out industry.
• Proven ability to secure high-value commercial projects.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license and own car required.
