Job Description:

Viola Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and strategic growth in the interior design and fit-out division. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network, in-depth industry knowledge, and a successful track record in business development within the UAE’s interior design, construction, or real estate sectors.

This role is perfect for a results-oriented professional with a passion for luxury design, who excels at developing client relationships, identifying new project opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Fluency in Arabic is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new business opportunities across corporate, residential, hospitality, and retail sectors.

• Build long-term relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and key decision-makers.

• Drive the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation to client onboarding and project closure.

• Collaborate with in-house design and project teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery.

• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy.

• Deliver regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of business development experience within the interior design or fit-out industry in the UAE.

• Strong understanding of design workflows, technical specs, material selection, and project management.

• Proven client network in real estate, corporate, retail, or hospitality sectors.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple leads independently.

• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
