• International SOS is hiring a Business Development Manager (H3S) to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role focuses on driving new business growth across key sectors, identifying strategic opportunities, and securing partnerships with multinational organizations. The successful candidate will work within a global, multicultural environment, contributing to the company’s mission of delivering critical health and security services worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of target markets and industry segments.

• Identify and convert new business opportunities into revenue in line with sales strategies.

• Conduct industry and competitor research and present insights to management.

• Build relationships with decision-makers and develop long-term sales plans.

• Forecast and align services with client needs and growth trends.

• Drive cross-border sales strategies and coordinate with international teams.

• Manage proposals, tenders, and ensure contract compliance and due diligence.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in multinational settings.

• Strong “hunter” mentality with a proven track record in new business acquisition.

• Background in solution selling, especially in complex sales cycles.

• Skilled in cold calling, prospecting, and managing long sales pipelines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.

• High-level networking ability and confidence dealing with C-suite stakeholders.

• Solid time management, organizational, and cross-cultural communication skills.

• Experience in the Energy or Government sectors is a strong advantage.

Educational Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is required.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written) is essential.

• Knowledge of any additional regional language is a plus.
