Business Development Manager (Freight & Logistics)
NADIA Abu Dhabi , UAE

NADIA is seeking a Business Development Manager with expertise in Freight & Logistics to spearhead new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. This role involves identifying client needs, offering customized logistics solutions, and building long-term strategic partnerships across the UAE and GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Freight & Logistics.

  • Conduct lead generation, client meetings, and convert prospects into profitable contracts.

  • Offer tailored logistics services including Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Transportation, and Warehousing.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with market trends.

  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales or business development role in the Freight & Logistics sector.

  • Solid understanding of key logistics services (Air, Sea, Land Freight & Warehousing).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Must hold a valid UAE driving license.

  • Familiarity with the logistics market in the UAE and GCC is a plus.
