Role Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by generating leads, preparing tenders, and securing large-scale facilities management projects.

• Support regional expansion efforts through proactive business development strategies.

• Maintain detailed records of business correspondence and client interactions.

• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support project wins and long-term partnerships.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the facilities management sector.

• Proven expertise in sales, business development, and bid/tender preparation.

• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior management, clients, suppliers, and team members.

• Excellent written and spoken English.
