Danfoss, a global leader in climate and energy solutions, is hiring a Business Development Manager – Data Centers in Dubai, UAE. This role focuses on developing sales strategies, creating demand, and building strong relationships with key influencers in the data center industry. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Business Development & Sales Growth
- Drive demand for Climate Solution products through strategic specifications and partnerships.
- Work closely with OEM sales teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Identify key influencers in data centers, including end users, MEP firms, consultants, and OEMs.
🔹 Strategy & Market Expansion
- Develop effective sales and pricing strategies to secure specifications and approvals.
- Create and communicate value propositions tailored to decision-makers.
- Generate sales forecasts and maintain accurate data in Salesforce.
🔹 Industry Engagement & Client Relations
- Attend and network at industry events to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Work with engineering and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ 5+ years of experience in OEM sales, technical business development, or capital equipment marketing.
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
✔ Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP, MS Office 365).
✔ Ability to travel as needed.
