We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager – Construction Services to join our team in Dubai. The role is focused on developing new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and building long-term client relationships within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will bring an established network of clients, a strong background in construction, and proven experience in managing the tendering process for major projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities and achieve/exceed sales targets.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of revenue significantly higher than sales targets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, including with senior decision-makers.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to shape sales strategies.

Network and attend industry-specific events to expand business opportunities.

Ensure accurate reporting of weekly/monthly sales and forecasts.

Oversee contract negotiations in collaboration with legal and commercial teams.

Review tender documents, RFPs, and scopes of work to provide input for bids.

Collaborate with pricing teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.

Strictly adhere to Salesforce processes and Transguard’s validation procedures.

Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute market intelligence to strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in selling blue-collar manpower outsourcing services.

Strong background and knowledge of the construction industry.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and resilience.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Familiarity with UAE laws, construction regulations, and guidelines.

Ability to build strong internal and external partnerships.

Experience preparing financial summaries for pricing.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
