Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager specializing in commercial fit-out projects to join a leading workspace design and fit-out company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the interior fit-out sector, particularly for offices, retail spaces, and showrooms.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial fit-out sector, targeting offices, retail spaces, showrooms, etc.

• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tender documents in collaboration with the estimating and design teams.

• Meet with clients, attend site visits, and represent the company at networking events to expand business relationships.

• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance business strategies.

Requirements:

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities, 40 years old and below.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within the interior fit-out sector (commercial projects).

• A valid UAE driving license is required.

• Strong network and well-established relationships within the commercial fit-out industry.

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to AED 22,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).

• Additional benefits: Commission, annual ticket, telephone & transportation allowances.
