Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will build the growth engine for AnimAX Studio. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, negotiating deals, and helping shape the studio’s business development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients in animation, creative, and Web3 industries.

Generate outbound and inbound leads from scratch.

Build and maintain relationships with agencies, studios, and brands.

Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Contribute to the business development strategy to support global growth.
Skills & Competencies:

2–5+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in animation, game art, creative services, or tech.

Strong hunter mindset with proven ability to generate new leads.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently in a startup environment.

Bonus: Experience with Web3, NFTs, or digital content industries.
