About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager (New Logo), you will be part of MEED’s global sales team, representing GlobalData’s Industrial Intelligence solutions. You will drive new business development efforts targeting C-suite clients in the Middle East’s industrial sectors, including construction, energy, and oil & gas.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business sales of specialized information solutions (Sales, Strategy, Market, Competitor & Innovation Intelligence)

Conduct outbound business development, mainly via phone calls and online demos

Present compelling, tailored business propositions aligned with client objectives

Achieve monthly new logo sales targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline
-
Qualify client organizations on structure, budget, and decision-making processes
Requirements:
-
3–5+ years of experience in new logo sales, ideally in information services, data analytics, media, or subscription-based sectors

Experience selling into industrial sectors like construction, energy, or oil & gas

Proven record of exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
-
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong presentation and negotiation abilities, particularly in C-level environments

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce
-
