• Identify & pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s project portfolio.

• Build & maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.

• Develop & implement strategic growth plans aligned with company objectives.

• Conduct market research & competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Requirements – Who Should Apply?

✔ 6+ years of experience in business development within Dubai’s construction industry.
✔ Strong connections with developers, architects, PMCs & clients.
✔ Deep market knowledge of Dubai’s buildings sector.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation & strategic planning skills.
