🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the luxury holiday homes and real estate sectors. This on-site role will play a pivotal part in expanding our portfolio, forming strategic partnerships, and contributing to Rosenheim’s reputation as a market leader in luxury hospitality.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and close new business opportunities in holiday homes and luxury real estate.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, investors, and hospitality partners.

  • Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate new markets and attract high-net-worth clientele.

  • Contract Negotiations: Manage high-value negotiations with professionalism and a win-win approach.

  • Industry Insight: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in business development, preferably in real estate, luxury hospitality, or holiday home rentals.

  • Strong network within Dubai’s real estate or hospitality industries.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and sales skills.

  • Proficiency in client-facing roles with the ability to close high-value deals.

  • Sound knowledge of Dubai’s short-term rental and real estate market.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

  • UAE driving license is preferred.
