Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and maximize sales in the UAE, GCC countries, Iran, and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate is a sales-savvy professional with a solid background in the travel industry, passionate about technology, and experienced in social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities across the B2B travel segment, focusing on travel agencies and tour operators.

Client Onboarding: Register and activate new partners for bookings (hotels, flights, transfers).

Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular follow-ups, provide education and support to optimize client performance.

API Integration Deals: Negotiate and close REST API integration partnerships with travel businesses.

Tech Product Sales: Sell our proprietary booking engine platforms to travel agencies, enhancing their digital efficiency.

Social Media & Content: Create engaging content (10–12 videos/photos monthly) and manage daily Instagram stories. Run personal influencer-style travel pages (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and repurpose content for company platforms.

Daily Reporting: Submit detailed daily activity reports, including call logs, visits, and status updates.

Travel & Representation: Frequently travel across GCC, Iran, and other markets to meet clients, attend expos, and represent the company.
Targets:

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Grow the number of registered agencies/operators consistently.

Maintain high client retention and satisfaction levels.

Finalize API integrations and achieve set revenue targets from platform sales.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in the travel industry.

Deep knowledge of UAE, GCC, Iranian, and adjacent travel markets.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive.

Comfortable with social media content creation and management.

Willingness to travel extensively for work and networking.

Knowledge of REST API and existing B2B travel contacts is a plus.

Female candidates from Eastern Europe, Iran, and Ukraine preferred (aged 22–35).
