Anoud Technologies LLC, a leading InsurTech company backed by Qatar Insurance Group and Swiss Re, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and market expansion. The role involves engaging with senior insurance industry executives, delivering product demonstrations, and identifying new market opportunities across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, India, and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with senior executives in the insurance industry to establish relationships and schedule meetings.

• Deliver demos and presentations of Anoud Tech solutions to potential clients.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and key stakeholders.

• Plan and oversee marketing initiatives to expand in key territories.

• Strengthen existing customer relationships while attracting new clients.

• Identify and develop new market opportunities for expansion.

• Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events.

• Assist the presales team in preparing quotes and proposals for clients.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in operations/IT within the insurance industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong communication and IT skills.

• Functional knowledge of insurance industry processes and technologies.

• Fluency in hardware, software, and system integrations.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.

• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
